Stewardship Services
We work primarily with New England UCC churches. Because we are local (located in MA & NH), it affords us the opportunity to work closely with our churches, attending stewardship committee meetings.
We will come in and work with your stewardship team to help you customize an annual stewardship program which will be effective with your congregation.
Capital Campaigns are typically about the church's need to receive (what needs to be done) - which differs from annual stewardship programs. Annual stewardship programs should be centered around the donor's need to give.
We'll help you discuss the idea of percentage giving, stepping up, and giving as part of the spiritual journey.
Stewardship Services provided include, but are not limited to:

Hold an organizational meeting with the Stewardship Committee

Provide samples of other church capital campaign materials as ideas for their work; letters, pledge cards, etc.

Provide a stewardship program calendar for committee approval

Resource and monitor work of committee throughout - both on- and off-site

Provide comprehensive visitor training, if requested

Attend and speak at a Leadership Dinner, if requested

Attend the Stewardship Sunday service

Preach on a stewardship theme, if requested

Prepare the agenda for the final committee meeting and identify areas needing follow-up
